Level 4 presents topics designed for students aged 13 years and older. This level addresses several units including Social Health that addresses a comparison of women’s rights in accordance to Islam with current times; Physical Health in the use of alcohol and drug use and its effects at the physical, mental, and spiritual level; Mental Health that explores common mental illnesses, treatment options as well as a discussion on suicide in the Muslim community; and Spiritual Health that addresses ways to maintain Allah at the center of one’s life in spite of ongoing temptations and outside influences.
