ومجاز غيرها، تمكّنت من مواكبة التطّور، ونجحت في تحقيق التواصل بين الناس، بحيث أصبحت وسيطاً اجتماعياً لا يمكن التقليل من أهميته.\n\u003cbr\u003e\nوأكثر الناس قدرة على التأثير في نفوس سامعيه، هو من يمتلك مهارة الكلام والخطابه والكتابة، ويستعمل اللغة بمرونة وطواعية في مختلف المجالات. وقد كانت الفعالية الإجتماعية ترتبط بالبلاغة، وهذه لم تكن تحتاج إلى أي أساس مادي، بل تشترط قوالب تعبير بلاغية جيدة عند المتكلم أو الكاتب ليصنّف بين المؤثرين في وسطه.\n\u003cbr\u003e\nوإذا سلّمنا أن الإبداع اللغوي هو ملكه أو موهبة إلهية في الأساس، فلا شك أن التدريب والثقافة هما الأساس الذي لا يستغني عنه لوضع هذا
